A 69-year-old woman was critically injured after being hit by a city bus in Queens on Sunday morning, officials said.   The woman, whose identity has not been revealed, was hit by a Q23 bus while crossing 71st Street at Kessel Street in Forest Hills.   The woman was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
