Multiple people injured in crane collapse

Multiple people were injured today when a large crane on a new construction 45 story high-rise building caught fire and partially collapsed.  This happened on 10th Avenue and West 41st Street in Manhattan and the crane is owned by New York Crane & Equipment Corp.

The attorneys at Morgan Levine Dolan know this crane company very well, having obtained a verdict of $13,262,000 against them in 2016 in the case Barra v. New York Crane & Equipment Corporation. During the early stages of an investigation, it is imperative to get private attorneys involved in the process.  Too many times, the crane company and other NYC Department of Building individuals miss important pieces of evidence.

It is also important to hire the right legal representation to protect your rights and get the justice you deserve.  We have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for our injured clients.  If you or a loved one has been injured in a crane accident, contact Jared Levine or Duane Morgan at 646-846-8055 today.
