Man Severs Legs At Construction Site Near CornCrib Lane and Locust Lane In Roslyn Heights

A man needed to be rescued by local police officers due to an accident at a construction site in Roslyn Heights.  The 39 year-old man had both of his legs severed while working on the site near Corncrib Lane and Locust Lane.  He had been struck by a large steel plate.  The impact threw the man down a hole about 10 feet deep, and also severed both of his legs below the knee.

The attorneys at Morgan Levine Dolan have recovered millions of dollars for injured construction workers.   Our attorneys fight for the rights of injured union workers including damages for lifetime lost earnings, pain and suffering and coverage for all medical expenses.  Our lawyers are currently litigating a case on behalf of a construction worker who lost his leg in late 2017 at the Bayonne Bridge project.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a construction accident, contact Duane Morgan or Jared Levine of Morgan Levine Dolan today at 646-759-2432.
