Doe Fund Trainees Injured By School Bus

Four men in their 30s or 40s were seriously injured on Monday morning when a mini school bus jumped the curb near the corner of Third Avenue and East 85th Street in Manhattan.

Another worker, Darren Patterson, was able to run away and avoid injury. All of the men were receiving their daily assignments from the Doe Fund, a nonprofit organization helping the formerly homeless.

The school bus did not have any students on it at the time of the accident, and the driver was issued a summons for failure to yield to pedestrians.

The attorneys at Morgan Levine Dolan have recovered millions of dollars for those who have been injured in a car accident, such as a pedestrian accident, or any other type of incident involving a motor vehicle.
