Man Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash In Long Island

James Sager, 57, of Babylon, was killed in a four-vehicle crash on Flanders Road, officials said. Police said that a possible medical issue may have been the cause of the accident.

Sager was traveling westbound when he veered into the eastbound lane and struck three vehicles, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A woman in the third car was struck head-on by the car. She was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital in stable condition, officials said.

Police said there were other people injured in the crash though it was not immediately clear how many.

For grieving families, it’s important that a full investigation be conducted. For that, a wise first step is to discuss the matter with a legal professional experienced in car accidents.
