Pedestrian Critically Injured After Car Crash In Cypress Hills

A 48-year-old man, whose name was not immediately released, was critically injured after a car struck him while he was crossing the street in Brooklyn, officials said.

 

The victim was attempting to cross the street at Atlantic and Norwood avenues in Cypress Hills when he was struck by a red Honda sedan.

 

He was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

 

The Honda’s driver remained at the scene, officials said.
