Fabiola Bittar de Kroon Named Sole Victim In Hoboken Train Derailment

Fabiola Bittar de Kroon, 34, was killed in the Hoboken train crash that also injured over 100 people, according to multiple reports.

De Kroon was killed when she was struck by falling debris from the train crash into the Hoboken Terminal, according to the New York Times. De Kroon was an IT worker who moved from Brazil. She had dropped off her toddler daughter at a daycare before rushing to the train.

The train’s driver, Thomas Gallagher, 48, was released from the hospital. He is cooperating with the investigation, sources said.

The attorneys at Morgan Levine Dolan have represented many people injured in mass transit accidents.  During the early stages of the investigation, it is imperative to get private attorneys involved in the process.  Too many times, the mass transit carrier performs the investigation and many pieces of evidence are either tampered with or ignored.

We have recovered millions of dollars for our injured clients.  If a loved one has been injured or killed in a train accident, contact Jared Levine of Morgan Levine Dolan at 212-785-5115 today.
