A cyclist was riding along Fulton Street and Tompkins Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, when an SUV struck him, officials said.
The victim, a 43-year-old Brooklyn man, was found unconscious and unresponsive by emergency responders at the scene. He was transported to Kings County Hospital with severe head trauma. He was listed in critical condition, police said.
The dark colored SUV fled the scene. Police are still investigating. No arrests or charges have been made.
