A 20-year-old cyclist was critically injured after a Honda Civic struck the victim at Sixth Avenue and Ninth Street in Park Slope, officials said. The cyclist drove into oncoming traffic when the crash happened, police said.
The cyclist was taken to New York Methodist hospital where he or she is in serious, but stable condition, officials said.
The 25-year-old driver of the Civic remained at the scene.
No charges or arrests were made and criminality was not suspected, according to officials.
