Dana Smolen, 31, was injured by a taxi driver who struck her and pinned her between the cab and a parked car officials said.
Adam Hernandez, 30, of Brooklyn was charged with vehicular assault. Hernandez told cops that he targeted the woman. “This wouldn’t have happened if I was left alone,” he said. He also admitted that he was tired of being bullied.
Smolen was taken to Bellevue Hospital where she was treated for bruises to her face, elbow and knees. She was later released.
