Pedestrian Dies From Taxi Crash In Staten Island Expressway

A pedestrian was killed after a livery cab struck him on the Staten Island Expressway, officials said.

The victim was attempting to cross the Narrows Road North and Clove Road when he was struck by a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria

Emergency responders found the man, only identified as in his 30s, lying down on the street, officials said. He was rushed to Staten Island University North Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver remained at the scene. No charges or arrests have been made.

For grieving families, it’s important that a full investigation be conducted. For that, a wise first step is to discuss the matter with a legal professional experienced in car accidents.
