A 38-year-old man is in critical condition after the driver of a pickup truck struck him in a supermarket parking lot in the Bronx, officials said.
According to surveillance footage, a red Ford F-150 sideswipes a stopped white van, strikes the van’s owner who is standing next to the vehicle and tears off the driver’s side door without slowing.
The victim was taken to Jacobi Hospital.
