Five-Year-Old Boy In Bronx Pedestrian Accident Identified

Jahdiel Cabrera, 5, was identified as the boy who was struck by a speeding driver with a suspended license in the Bronx.

 

He was was moved out of the intensive care unit and was being treated at the New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, his father, Anelkys Cabrera, told reporters.

 

The SUV’s driver, Joseph Demola IV of Hillside, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor and a violation of vehicle and traffic law.
