Driver Injured After Three-Car Crash In East Hampton

A driver, whose identity has not been released, was injured after a three-car crash in East Hampton, officials said. The extent of the driver’s injuries was unknown.

 

According to police, a southbound vehicle crossed over the double yellow line on Swamp Road and struck two oncoming vehicles. The vehicle then flipped over. Emergency responders had to extricate the trapped driver and airlifted the driver to Stony Brook Hospital.

 

The drivers of the other cars were unharmed, officials said.
