Construction Worker Seriously Injured After Midtown Manhattan Fall

A construction worker was seriously injured after he fell several floors while working on the side of a building in midtown Manhattan on Tuesday morning, officials said.

 

The incident happened at 38th Street between Sixth Avenue and Broadway.

 

The victim, whose identity has not been released, landed on scaffolding. Rescuers were able to pull him into the building through the 16th floor.
