A 70-year-old man was fatally struck by a car at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Clinton Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn on Sunday night, officials said.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was crossing the street when he was struck by a driver heading eastbound on Atlantic Avenue, officials said.
The man was rushed to Brooklyn Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene. The driver was tested for drugs and alcohol and the police found he had no drugs or alcohol in his system. No arrests or charges have been made.
