Ambulette Driver Fatally Struck Woman In Sunset Park

A 67-year-old woman was killed when an ambulette struck her on a crosswalk in Sunset Park Brooklyn, according to reports. The driver of the Almaz Transportation ambulette made a left turn onto Sixth Avenue from 52nd Street when he struck the victim.

“She was badly hit, hit hard,” said witness Angel Chico, 54. “She was lying on the ground, twisted.”

The driver remained at the scene until emergency responders arrived.

For grieving families, it’s important that a full investigation be conducted. For that, a wise first step is to discuss the matter with a legal professional experienced in car accidents.
