A woman, who was identified as in her 20s, was injured after she was struck by a Toyota Avalon on Linden Boulevard and East 38th Street in Prospect Lefferts Garden, Brooklyn around 4:20 a.m., officials said.
“The driver was behind someone and went around the car and hit her hard,” a witness told reporters. “She flipped over.”
The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital where she was treated for head trauma. She is listed in stable condition and is expected to survive.
No charges have been filed against the driver, officials said.
