Metro North Negligence Kills 6

Ellen Brody of Edgemont, Eric Vandercar of Bedford, Walter Liedtke of Bedford Hills, Joseph Nadol of New Castle, Robert Dirks of Chappaqua and Tomar Aditya of Danbury were all killed due to the apparent negligence of Metro North and their train operator.

The attorneys at Morgan Levine Dolan, through their years’ of experience, have learned when a train accident occurs it is more likely than not that the train conductor had adequate time to avoid collisions with vehicles on train track. It is imperative for those injured, and the family members of those killed, to hire competent attorneys at this early stage to perform our own investgations before evidence is tainted or lost.

Contact Jared Levine of Morgan Levine Dolan today for a free consultation and to discuss the short time frames within which to file a claim against the MTA and Metro North.
