Fiery 2-car crash on Remsen Avenue in Canarsie, Brooklyn leaves 3 hurt, 1 critically

A fiery two-car accident in Brooklyn sent three people to the hospital early Tuesday.

The crash happened just after 4:30 a.m. on Remsen Avenue in Canarsie.

Crews had to extricate one person from one of the cars after it caught fire.

One of the victims is listed in critical condition at Brookdale University Medical Center.

Another suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries and was also taken to Brookdale, while the third suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
