Morgan Levine Dolan Files Lawsuit in Shamay Braham Wrongful Death Accident

Our office has filed a wrongful death lawsuit in the death of 10-year-old Shamay Braham.  The lawsuit has been filed against the Hempstead School District, Percy Jackson Youth Center and the owner/operator of the motor vehicle who struck Shamay.

See the below link for further details and comments by all parties involved.

We are fighting for the rights of Shamay’s Estate and for her parents.  No parent should have to worry about the safety of their child (especially on a busy roadway) after simply dropping off their child at an after school program.  Also, no school employee should be allowed to run an after school program without the proper training and experience in child saftey.

This is the third wrongful death lawsuit filed by Morgan Levine Dolan between 2013 and 2014.  Most readers will remember the Lillian Cruz case and the Natalia Binshtok case, both women who were New Yorkers struck and killed on the streets of New York City.

We are currently reviewing several cases similar to these for possible lawsuits. If your loved one has been killed in an accident or if you have been seriously injured in a accident, contact Jared Levine of Morgan Levine Dolan today.
