A hit-and-run driver struck and killed a 47-year-old Brooklyn man as he crossed the street on Friday night.
Vernon Sylvester Bramble, 47, who lived in Crown Heights, was crossing Flatbush Avenue near East 34th Street when he was struck around 10:29 p.m. and left for dead by the driver of an unknown southbound black vehicle.
Rescuers rushed Bramble to Beth Israel Hospital, but he was declared dead on arrival.
While the police typically perform a good investigation, the lawyers of Morgan Levine Dolan spend more time and money on thoroughly investigating pedestrian knockdown accidents. Even if your loved one has been killed in a hit and run accident, there still is insurance coverage to compensate the family.
