Four people were injured in a serious car accident in the Bronx Monday morning.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. on Willis Avenue in the Mott Haven section.
The impact of the crash was so violent and severe that the vehicle ended up on its roof.
The victims, described as four males in their 30s, were taken to Lincoln Hospital. Two of them are in serious condition, while the other two suffered only minor injuries.
Accidents involving one car and multiple injuries present some difficult insurance coverage issues in the State of New York. A detailed investigation by an attorney is very important in the early stages of a case to determine all possible insurance benefits afforded to people hurt in a car accident. Surprisingly, there may be more insurance to recover from if you have your own vehicle even though your vehicle was not involved in the accident.
