New Jersey Turnpike partially closed due to accident between Exits 7 and 7A

A portion of the New Jersey Turnpike closed northbound between exits 7 and 7A due to a multi-vehicle accident. The accident involved a bus, a dump truck and at least two other vehicles.

It happened at 9:30 a.m. Thursday several miles north of Exit 7 at mile marker 57.7 in Hamilton Township, Mercer County.

Being involved in a multi-vehicle accident with mass transit vehicles presents several important insurance issues which only experienced trial attorneys know exist.  There are serious injury threshold questions which must be properly documented and proven in cases involving such vehicles, regardless of whether the accident happened in New York or New Jersey.
