A man was crushed to death by a forklift at a Queens factory Thursday morning. At about 11 a.m., emergency crews received a call about a man pinned under a forklift he was working on at Raw Equipment on College Point Boulevard in Flushing. When EMS arrived, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing, however it appears the hydraulics used to lift the rig had broken.
