Four people were seriously hurt earlier this morning in a car crash on the FDR. This motor vehicle accident happened near East 23rd Street about 5:11 a.m. Rush hour traffic was backed-up for hours.
The four people were rushed to Bellevue Hospital where they were listed in serious but stable condition and the police are investigating the cause of the accident.
