Florida Man Dies in Long Island City Motorcycle Crash

Eugene O’Donnell, 53, of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. was riding his motorcycle south on 39th Street when he was struck by a Jeep Liberty traveling northbound near Queens Boulevard at around 3 p.m. yesterday.

The driver of the Jeep was cited for failing to yield the right of way.  This is just another example of cars causing accidents when they simply have to yield to oncoming traffic as required by law.

At Morgan Levine Dolan, we represent many injured people who are struck by vehicles which fail to yield the right of way to coming vehicles, motorcyclists, pedestrians and bicyclists.  This type of accident is very common and easily avoidable.  If the accident occurred in New York State, the case should be brought in New York Courts.

We have recovered millions of dollars for injured people and those killed in accidents.  If a loved one has been killed in an accident, contact Jared Levine of Morgan Levine Dolan today.
