East Harlem Building Evacuated After Man Falls Through Stairs

A building was evacuated in Harlem over stability concerns after a man fell through a set of stairs inside 29 E. 104th St. in East Harlem yesterday.

The building is six stories high, with six apartments on each floor.  The building’s owner was listed in Department of Buildings records as San Francisco Associates Limited.

There are many times when an owner of a builder does not properly maintain their property.  Owners fail to inspect their dwellings and ignore complaints made by their tenants.

We at Morgan Levine Dolan are currently representing many clients injured through the negligence of land owners.  We represent people injured in ceiling falls, falls through broken stairs and other falls by broken floors or otherwise dangerous floors.

If you or a loved one has been injured in an accident on someone else’s property, contact Jared Levine at Morgan Levine Dolan today.
