Negligent Supervision Alleged in Drowning of 16-Year-Old Boy

Jean Fritz Pierre was allowed to wander from his International High School classmates yesterday to swim in Hessian Lake.  Pierre died after diving into the lake about 3 p.m. Monday during the end-of-the-year class trip in the 90-degree heat.

International High School in Prospect Heights has about 400 students.  The Board of Education will investigate the death to find out what happened.  The family of this teenage needs to hire an attorney immediately to perform their own investigation.

The attorneys at Morgan Levine Dolan were recently hired to begin a case against a school for negligently supervising a 10-year-old girl.  She was allowed to leave an afterschool program and was struck by a car while crossing the street.  She died last Thursday.

If your child has died due to the negligent supervision of employees of a school, contact Jared Levine today.
