There have been a rash of pedestrian accidents one sidewalks in recent months. Many of these accident have been caught on surveillance cameras.  Our attorneys at MLD are representing several of these recent innocent victims.

We have been asking the Mayor’s office for months for changes in the local laws in New York City when an accident happens on a sidewalk.  The more cases we can bring to the attention to the City, the better it will be in forcing change.

If you or a loved one has been injured in an accident involving a car on a sidewalk, contact Duane Morgan or Glenn Dolan today.
