A driver fleeing police in Manhattan struck three people, injuring one seriously who was a bicyclist, before crashing into a store window and abandoning his vehicle this morning.
The 25-year-old bicyclist was taken to Bellevue Hospital in serious condition and was in surgery after suffering multiple broken bones.
