Construction Worker Injured at JFK Airport Demolition Project

A construction worker has been injured during the demolition project at the now-vacant Terminal 3 at Kennedy International Airport.

The worker was struck in the leg by falling debris earlier this morning. This type of construction accident falls under the protections of the New York Labor Law.
