New York man dies in fatal car accident

A 21-year-old New York man died in the hospital after he was taken there for injures that he incurred on his motorcycle. The man was reportedly driving his Harley Davidson motorcycle when he crashed into a Volkswagen Beetle, driven by a 19-year-old man.

The driver of the Beetle was reportedly driving south and failed to yield the right of way as he was making a left turn. The man on the motorcycle was thrown from his bike, suffering severe injuries. The driver of the Beetle suffered from minor injuries and was treated for them on the scene. In car accidents such as these, it is not uncommon for people to file wrongful death lawsuits.
