More Bicycle Accidents Feared

Due to the new bike share program set to begin soon, the NYPD fears many cyclists will be struck by cars on New York City streets.  There will soon be more than 6000 bicycles on City streets, many of which are already congested with vehicles.

Although new bike lanes have been created, many of our bicycle clients at Morgan Levine Dolan have been getting injured nonetheless.

We are currently representing clients who have been injured by cars which have swerved into the bike lanes, causing serious injuries.  We have a current case where an NYPD police cruiser swerved into a bike lane, causing our client to fly off of his bicycle.

There are many complex insurance issues which arise when a bicycle accident happens.  There are also very short time frames within which to file insurance paperwork.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a bicycle accident, contact Jared Levine of Morgan Levine Dolan
