Drunk Driver Kills One and Injures Two in the Bronx

A sixteen-year-old girl was killed and two others were injured when they were struck by a car in the Bronx yesterday afternoon.

One of the surviving victims, Elizabeth Colon, 51, is a teacher who was walking home from work when she was struck.  The other two teenage victims, one of whom where killed, were pedestrians as well.

One victim was on the ground with “her leg hanging off,” said Marcos Hernandez, who initially rushed to the scene because his motorcycle was parked on the street.

Morgan Levine Dolan has been retained on many pedestrian death cases, several of which involved drunk drivers.  Our attorneys are dedicated to recovering every possible benefit and compensation available to victims and their family members.  We have a team of lawyers who focus on pedestrian car accidents.
