A 50-year-old man died Wednesday night when a Chevrolet SUV struck him as he crossed Harlem River Drive.
The pedestrian, Stanley Williams, was trying to cross Harlem River Drive at 135th Street when the SUV struck him about 11 p.m. This is the fifth pedestrian killed in the last three weeks in New York City.
