Police in Yonkers are searching for the driver of a Mustang who was being chased by cops and involved in a six-vehicle car accident last night. A K-9 officer was chasing the Mustang in Greenburgh when he T-boned a car, causing the chain-reaction car crash.
One car was hit so hard that it ended up more than 50 feet away.
While the police are investigating the Mustang, the lawyers at Morgan Levine Dolan, if retained on a car accident such as this, would be investigating the police practices of the Yonkers Police Department to determine whether they used proper, reasonable care in this car chase. It would appear an investigation would be warranted to expose whether there was a reckless disregard for the public’s safety in this horrific accident.
