Cyclist Killed in Borough Park After Being Hit by 2 cars

A bicyclist was killed earlier today in Brooklyn after being struck by two Hondas. He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS workers.

The bicyclist, Victor Lopez, was riding his bicycle on New Utrecht Avenue after 5:00 am this morning when he was struck by a Honda heading in the opposite direction.  He was then struck by a different Honda which was traveling on 59th Street.  He was 49 years old.
