Construction Worker Hires Morgan Levine in Trip and Fall Accident

A Bronx construction worker hired Morgan Levine this week to fight for his rights in a trip and fall accident.  Morgan Levine is now representing over 75 construction workers injured over the last six months.

This most recent accident involved a construction worker who slipped and fell on oil as he was digging a trench on a construction site.  He severed part of his finger.

The attorneys are Morgan Levine will be filing a claim against both the owner of the property and the general contractor in charge.  Both of these entities are required to make sure all hazardous and dangerous materials which cause falls are cleared from a construction site.

Morgan Levine retains the most highly regarded construction site accident experts to assist in investigating these types of accidents. The experts review all of the construction site plans and contracts and all safety protocals and procedures. These experts come to Court to provide their findings in cases where construction workers are caused to fall and sustained serious injuries. The earlier our investigation can begin, the better.
