18-Year-Old Sanitation Worker Killed in Truck Accident

A young 18-year-old sanitation worker was killed this afternoon in an accident involving a sanitation truck.  The worker, Bronx resident Luis Camarillo, had his torse crushed by the rear portion of the truck near Plymouth Street.

There are special rules and exceptions which sanitation workers have when injured or killed on the job.

The attorneys at Morgan Levine Dolan have represented many sanitation workers in lawsuits against their own employers when they are injured on the job.  In most other cases, an employee cannot sue their employer when hurt this way. However, sanitation workers can sue and usually should.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a sanitation accident, contact Jared Levine of Morgan Levine Dolan today.
