Multiple Construction Accidents At World Trade Center Site

Over the last year, there have been many injuries to union members performing construction work at the new World Trade Center site.  Most of these union workers were members of Local 3, The Carpenter’s Union and Iron Workers.

Many types of injuries have happened in several different ways.  Some union members have fallen from scaffolds while others have fallen from ladders or been struck by falling objects.

Several workers have been injured when they have tripped and fallen on debris left in walkways or passage ways within the construction site.  Other union members have been injured in fires and other electrical accidents.

Duane Morgan of Morgan Levine has been fighting for the rights of union workers injured on construction sites for years.  He has recovered millions of dollars for union members who have fallen from scaffolds, ladders and other height related falls.

Jared Levine of Morgan Levine has successfully fought for the rights of injured union members who have been caused to trip or slip and fall at construction sites.  He has also recovered millions of dollars for injured union members and their families when falling objects have struck them or where workers have been electrocuted by exposed wires.
