Three People Injured In Cross Bronx Expressway Crash

At least three people were injured after being involved in a chain-reaction car crash on the Cross Bronx Expressway. Two tractor trailers and two cars were involved in the accident which occurred in the northbound lanes near the Webster Avenue exit.

An SUV failed to slow down around a merger at a construction site, which caused a chain reaction car crash.

Three people who were inside the SUV were injured, including one that was in critical condition, officials said. They were taken to area hospitals.
