A person was injured after a two-car accident involving a drunk teen driver, officials said.
Police investigators found that Nelvin Ramos, 18, of Hampton Bays, was driving while intoxicated after the car crash. Ramos was arrested at the scene and charged with drunk driving, a misdemeanor and multiple traffic infractions in connection with the crash on West Montauk Highway at 1:42 a.m., police said.
The driver in the second vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital for minor injuries, officials said.
