Out-of-Control Car Kills Teen, Injures 12 Year-Old at Yonkers Street Fair at Roman Catholic Church St. Paul the Apostle

A 15 year-old girl died and a 12 year-old girl is in critical condition after being hit by an out-of-control vehicle during a church street fair at the Roman Catholic Church St. Paul the Apostle in Yonkers Friday night.

The girls, along with two other teenagers, were hurt when they were struck by a Jeep at Coyne Park at about 9:15 p.m. The two other teens who were struck were treated for injuries.

Survivors of the crash, as well as the family of the deceased teen, may choose to file a personal injury or a wrongful death lawsuit.  Hiring an attorney immediately after an accident occurs is very important.  A proper investigation must be conducted.  Certain legal documents must be filed in a very short period of time.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a car accident, contact Duane Morgan at Morgan Levine Dolan.
