An 8-year-old girl was seriously injured when her foot and leg got caught in an escalator at a New Jersey Macy’s yesterday.
A bystander then pressed the emergency stop button to shut down the escalator, and rescue workers had to dismantle the landing area of the escalator to free her leg.
