Update
Covid-19
Dear valued client,
Your attorneys and staff at Morgan Levine Dolan have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19, the coronavirus. We have been following the advice of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), along with directives from the New York State Office of Court Administration.
Our law firm remains open for business as usual. If the Courts close and travel restrictions are placed on our employees, we have contingency plans in place for full remote access to our files and computer systems. We are well-equipped to work and conduct business remotely, thanks to the robust communication and collaboration solutions we have implemented within our law firm. Most importantly, you will always get a live person to answer your calls.
As of today the Courts remain open, although all trials in Westchester County have been adjourned until May 2020. All depositions continue to be conducted as scheduled, however if any client does not feel comfortable traveling and wish to postpone their depositions we will advise our adversaries.
Our goal is to keep as many meetings in place as possible, but to hold them via video or telephone, as opposed to in-person. Our number one commitment is the continued health and safety of our employees and clients. Please let us know how we can help you do the same.
Thank you for allowing our law firm to be of service to you and your loved ones. Be safe.
